Corbitt is a marine veteran who has tours in Afghanistan and abroad. After the uniform he was initially turned down by universities, but Corbitt would not be easily deterred. Corbitt later got a PhD in Human Performance. Corbitt is a remarkable guy who has conducted research on issues that are detrimental to the veteran population. In our conversation we talk about issues that disproportionately impact veterans. Corbitt's current job is as a VA employee in the Benefits portion of the VA system.
