I'm back with another meditation session and today I'm going to help you release and cut the cords from the past that has been holding you back. It's always good to live life without carrying any worries, fears, trauma, anxiety, or anger from your previous experiences. The moment you cut everything that's bothering you, you'll be able to let go of that heavy feeling in your chest and that negative thought that's clouding your mind.
