I talk about a recent session I did with somebody where I channeled messages about spiritual cord cutting ceremony/ritual & what happens if you tried to spiritually cut a cord with someone yet afterwards you still find yourself attached to them or still thinking about them and I talk about why that happens. I also talk about self-doubt & self belief & how self doubt can be a form of self punishment. Self Doubt can feel like a mental and emotional prison, a form of self punishment for past failures or for making mistakes in life, so doubt can feel like a cloak we wear in order to not have to face the possibility of being hurt again,or we choose self doubt for not living up to our standards, or for not achieving certain goals or not living up to the society’s standards etc. doubt keeps us stagnant. Only we have the key to free ourselves from self doubt.
