Often times we try to connect our behaviors and emotions back to events that we experience. Much of the time however, our core beliefs are the driving force. What we deem to be true about ourselves dictates much of how we move and feel. If we have unhealthy beliefs about ourselves this can lead to harmful behaviors or emotions.

In episode 11, we discuss core beliefs and the ABC method of trying to dispute our irrational thoughts!
