Shannon Grossi is a certified Pilates instructor at Club Pilates who is known for her compassionate, attentive teaching style. She helps clients build strength, improve alignment, and feel more confident in their everyday movement.

Her journey into Pilates began after experiencing firsthand how the method improved her own strength and confidence, inspiring her to pursue teaching and share the benefits with others.

Shannon's training includes:

  • Intermediate Certification – Power Pilates (2010)
  • Foundational Training – Comprehensive Mat Power Pilates (2009)
