Corey Anderson, College and Career Counselor at Central Valley High School in Washington State joins our show to discuss the evolving definition of future readiness, how COVID 19 has necessitated innovation, and the importance of following a data driven process to move a counseling department forward. Corey talks about how he’s adapted (and continues to adapt) his workflow to engage students and continue to provide them with top-notch resources during distance learning.
