Corey Lewandowski should be in jail

Trump's former campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, testified (if you can call it that) before the House Judiciary Committee yesterday as part of its impeachment hearings. Lewandowski pretty much refused to say anything, claiming that his conversations with Trump were protected by "executive privilege." They're not. So why didn't Democrats hold Lewandowski in contempt and throw him in jail? That's what we'd all like to know, and that's what we discuss at length in today's podcast.
