This sermon explores 2 Corinthians 1:15–22 and reminds us that while plans may change and circumstances may shift, God’s promises never do. Paul addresses accusations against him by pointing the Corinthians back to the faithfulness of God, emphasizing that every promise of God finds its “Yes” in Christ. When the gap between our expectations and reality appears, we are challenged to fill it not with doubt, blame, or anger, but with trust, grace, and the work of the Holy Spirit. Our certainty isn’t found in perfect plans—it’s found in Jesus, who is God’s unchanging “Yes.”
