Cornering Florida | Who tops 2023 QB board?

You know the names. You know the position. You know the NFL Draft round: First (usually). 

Ohio State cornerbacks Bradley Roby (2014), Eli Apple (2016), Marshon Lattimore (2017), Gareon Conley (2017), Denzel Ward (2018), Jeffrey Okudah (2020) and Damon Arnette (2020) all enjoyed first round signing bonus cash. Other starters along the way - Doran Grant (2015-fourth round), Kendall Sheffield (2019-fourth round) and Shaun Wade (2021-sixth round) also heard their names called, albeit later than desired.

But this much is clear: If you're an Ohio State starting cornerback, chances are you're headed to the NFL. Really, really good chances. 

Word has reached Florida when it comes to cornerback and team success in Columbus. On Wednesday, the Buckeyes received a commitment from cornerback Ryan Turner. He joins  fellow Floridian defensive back Jaheim Singletary and Kyle Stokes in the Class of 2022 haul Ohio State is putting together.
