Matt Carver is the DOC and Executive Director of J-Hawk Soccer Club located in Urbandale, Iowa. He joins the podcast to talk about his influence from Europe and how he tried to implement that into J-Hawk. He also talks about why he decided to start the club and some of the issues he sees with the current landscape in Iowa.
