Shedzy is one of the longest tenured coaches in Iowa! He first came and worked for Urbandale Soccer Club with a few other legendary names, then was integral in the merger of the Johnston and Urbandale clubs to create JUSC. He is now the Executive Director for Sporting Iowa. He joins the podcast to talk about how the landscape in youth soccer has changed and discuss possible ways to keep the development moving forward.
