The music of G.F. Handel, performed by the Cornucopia Baroque Ensemble, comprises this week’s podcast. Soprano Melissa Givens joins the period-instrument ensemble singing his German aria Die ihr aus dunkeln Grüften, it is followed by the first two movements from his Trio Sonata in F Major, Op. 2, No. 4. The episode closes with the aria In den angenehmen Büschen, again with Ms. Givens.
