We recently held our annual countywide recruitment which was for anyone thinking of working in Primary Care. If you weren't able to come and meet our teams and find out more about working in General Practice in Cornwall and the range of support and opportunities available to you don't worry 'Primary care spotlight'  was there getting some insights on the day

We were joined on the day by representatives from Practices across Cornwall, including GPs and Practice Managers. We also hosted several half hour workshops on the day, offering you a chance to find out more about the range of development opportunities and support available. These included:

• Qualifying and working as an International Medical Graduate in Cornwall

• New to Practice Fellowship scheme for GPs and Nurses

• Pathways and Career Opportunities for Nurses

• Business Support Roles in General Practice

Additionally, we were joined by stand holders on the day from RCGP, BMA, Plymouth University, and Cornwall Training Hub.
