An NBC News Tracking Poll shows 22% of American adults say they would not get a government-approved coronavirus vaccine even if there was one widely available. 44% say they would get the vaccine, 32% aren't sure.
NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio signed an executive order saying all hotels and AirBnB style properties must get travelers from restricted states to fill out quarantine forms before allowing access.
The University of Notre Dame reported 80 new cases, tripling their total infection number. That has them at levels close to what made UNC-Chapel Hill switch to all online classes.
