Greece is extending their lockdown through May 4th. Chancellor Merkel, cautioned Governors of Germany’s 16 states, against re-opening too quickly. Iran has reported their lowest number of daily cases in a month. Russia has reported a three-day decline of new infections. Vietnam has relaxed social distancing measures after a 6-day decline in cases.
