As cases in Russia continue to grow, they now have the third highest case count in the world, behind the U.S. and Spain. India recorded their highest single day of new cases, with 4,213. In Wuhan, China, 5 new locally transmitted cases of the virus were confirmed. These are the first locally transmitted cases reported there in over a month. England announced a phased reopening plan, it will not apply to Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland where lockdown measures are still in place. Shanghai Disneyland has reopened after three and a half months, with some social distancing modifications.
