It's critical for the leadership team to display a strong front and be action focused and forward thinking. Hysteria, nerves, and standing on edge does not help with this or any crisis. 

If you are following your infection control policy, follow basic hand washing procedures, you are far on your way of managing and preventing the spread of this and any other virus. 

There are clear actions or guidelines that could and should be followed. The more we focus on action items that we can do, we diminish unnecessary stress and can focus on actually managing this crisis until it blows over.
