Why do we tell stories during times of uncertainty? This mother knew that telling the story of her and her son's odyssey dealing with the coronavirus in real time was critical. She had not heard of 21 year old healthy young men falling ill. But when her son called her from England, with only bad news about how he was feeling, she feared the worse. She took charge of the situation and started the process of diagnosis even before the plane hit the ground.
