Miller, Office of General Counsel, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, leads a discussion drawing on his experience in the Enron collapse as well as more recent examples from the global financial meltdown to examine the ethical issues that face lawyers, investment bankers, accountants and boards of directors in the modern economy. This program is part of Baruch College's Ethics Week.
David Rosenberg, Esq., Associate Professor in the Law Department in the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College and Associate Director of the Robert Zicklin Center for Corporate Integrity, introduces the speaker.
