Gemma Mullins, also known as Coach Gemma, is the founder of 'Uplift Movement' - an online coaching service that predominately caters towards women. She is also a co-host of the "Oi Let's Talk" podcast, a podcast that centralises around fitness, mindset and business. However, this life was not always Gemma's intention, with her background entailing Events Management in the corporate world.

The both of us discuss her transition to entrepreneurship, leveraging networks and also what it's like being on national television.
