Laura Nettles blew us away in the sci-fi flash fiction episode with her story "Rust," and as Hannah learns in this episode, she wrote the miniature masterpiece in just 20 minutes based off a one-word writing prompt. Laura only started writing seriously within the last few years (after she heard about NaNoWriMo), but she's already racked up bylines in several anthologies and has more on the way. Plus, she's got a super cool day job lighting monsters in movies like "The Shape of Water."
