In this reading, I relate the blog post I wrote in Dec 2012, where I reflected on how our parents tried to give us a lovely Christmas holiday by saving money throughout the year. I also reflect on why we need to revisit our attitude towards the poor who often get caught in debt traps because of easy access to credit.

In this episode, i do an audio reading of 3 blog posts written in 2012.I relate the lecture given to Westerford High School students about Lavender Hill schools and take you with me to reminisce about a 10 year old girl, Esinako. I also share my observations of a young busker/beggar 12 year old I see on my way home from work.
