C10orruption Watch yesterday (Thursday) painted a very scary picture of the corruption that took place during the procurement of personal protection equipment. Police officers topped the list, followed by civil servants and not surprising politicians. It says most of the cases recorded in this year's report titled - From Crisis to Action - are on the policing and healthcare sectors.
