Last week we talked about giving your nervous system a break for free and this week I wanted to continue that conversation because so many of you wrote in saying you didn’t even realize how overwhelmed you actually were until you finally slowed down.

We talk about how constant stimulation affects the brain and body, why peace can feel uncomfortable at first, and how simple things like sunlight, nature, quiet, and slowing down can completely change the way you feel mentally and emotionally.


This episode is a reminder that you do not have to earn rest and that taking care of your nervous system is not lazy, it’s necessary.
