On this final edition of Cory Talks…

The New South Wales government may actually be taking their lockdown seriously now as restrictions were tightened on Friday and further mask rules taking effect from tomorrow (Tuesday 13 July 2021). Sunday the NSW Premier announced there could be as many as 100 new cases today. Sadly, an elderly woman from New South Wales died from COVID-19. As numbers continue to frustrate hardworking contact tracers and health officials in NSW, news has arisen that nearly 200 students at an exclusive Catholic school in Sydney were given the Pfizer vaccine by mistake.

South of NSW, restrictions have eased in Victoria with the whole state on the same level of lessened restrictions now. But with school holidays now over, the Andrews government is concerned for families returning home from COVID areas of concern.
