You are not your thoughts you are infinite awareness and your mind and heart are tools to process and radiate it to the world

This equips us with tools on how to approach the conversation and how to not only deepen our bond and connection, but also leads to more productive conversations and more effective communications. Consistency has to have come from a place of knowledge and awareness for it to remain and stick in the long term. If it's based on a good mood or our feeling alone it won't last because our feelings fluctuate. To add something to your regimen that you want to be consistent about try and batch it with something else you are already disciplined and consistent about.
