On this week’s episode #31, You Can’t Touch This: Energetic Shielding, I was thinking about how it is important to look after and protect your energy. I saw a hamster ball, and it reminded me of a being person surrounded by a protective bubble, so that’s where this topic came from. Becoming what I like to refer to as energetically untouchable is possible, but it does take a lot of due diligence to keep one’s energy contained to the self and used as you see fit. Let’s talk about energetic shielding and the reasons and benefits of doing so.
