We play an excerpt from a TED Talk titled “How we'll become cyborgs and extend human potential” by MIT Professor and artificial limb wearer Hugh Herr. He explains how the latest advancements in technology have helped develop robotic replacement feet and how it meant that a friend of his could return to mountain climbing after a fall meant he had to have a foot amputated.
