Cosy Sheridan returns to Paradigms after 12 years, and 6 albums! A lot has happened in Cosy’s life since 2010. We’re catching up, discussing life’s changes, and listening to music.

Cosy Sheridan has been on the American folk music scene for over 30 years. She’s traveled and toured, and runs Moab Folk Camp, a music camp in Moab, Utah, every summer!

In 2021 Cosy released her 13th record A Beautiful Sound, Cosy’s response to Covid and other current events, and to a time of life.
