These stools collapse or tip over while in use, and a child’s torso can fit through openings on the front and back sides. These design flaws create serious risks of injuries and entrapment that could lead to death. Affected: model numbers CS0003 and CS0092-4.
About 125,200 tower stools were sold online in the US at Amazon.com between April 2021 and November 2025.
Stop using these recalled tower stools and store them away from children until repaired. Contact Cosyland at 1-866-677-3889 or by email at [email protected] to obtain free repair parts including protective nets, stabilizing feet, and installation instructions. The company will mail repair parts directly to you at no charge.
