Couch Conversations: 6 principles that have made results feel effortless
After being in quarantine with COVID, I got the time to really sit with my thoughts. I've had some thoughts that have really enlightened me recently and wanted to share them with y'all. As I was recording this episode, I realised. how these 6 thoughts are actually truths I now live my life by. It's taken me my entire entrepreneurial journey to uncover these. However, these were there all along. I believe they are the principles I've modelled out that have made me successful, very quickly in my coaching business.
Often, we think we need to hustle our way to success and micro-manage everything to a tee. In fact, it's quite the opposite. In this episode, I talk about how rest has created my best results in life and how a rested mind can have you creating the results you want effortlessly. This is a concept that is counter-intuitive and counter-cultural so don't be surprised if your brain can't make sense of it at first.
I share this with you because I wanted to be candid for a hot minute on the podcast (since it's been a while) and I also wanted these concepts to challenge your perspective of life, business & the results you create. There is no one singular way to create the results you want, don't let any guru or expert tell you otherwise. This is available for you today and everyday, coach... both in life and in business.
