Justin Pedley speaks about what it takes to become a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) through the Veterinary Medical Technology program at Central Carolina Community College.  The program also operates "Cougar Pets," a no-kill animal shelter that makes dogs and cats available for adoption.
