A patch the size of a coin could be the answer to protecting children against measles. 

A team of researchers are trialling a game changing way of vaccinating children in The Gambia. Professor Ed Clarke says while it's early days, this trial is a "real step forward" — and he says if successful there are lots of potential uses for the patches.
