You've probably heard about the paper by David Speicher, Kevin McKernan and Jessica Rose, on the DNA contamination in the Pfizer and Moderna Covid-19 vaccines. In this episode, I speak with Kevin McKernan about the paper, including the legal implications: Does it demonstrate fraud on the part of the manufacturers? It's kind of a big deal if it does, because that would void their liability protection provided by the PREP Act.
...which is why the paper is coming under serious attack. We talk about that too.
I also ask Kevin if he thinks we are witnessing the collapse of "fiat science." And he's got a lot to say about that—including some practical ideas for building parallel systems for research and publication.
I've spoken with Kevin about this in previous episodes, which you can find here, here, and here.
You can read the paper here—I recommend downloading it, just in case.
And co-author Jessica Rose did a great lay-person translation, which you can find here.
Kevin's Substack—where he goes into more detail on the "PubSmear" attack—is here, and you can also find him on X.
