Councillor Chris Paige spoke at the Petersfield Town Meeting about the plans for the Festival Hall. 

The next phase, expansion of the Council chamber in the Art Deco building, starts on 1 April and runs up to July.

When completed it will be named after Petersfield's First elected Mayor, Councillor  K A HIck..
