Buffalo Mayor Chris Scanlon unveiled his budget proposal for the next fiscal year on Tuesday. In it is a plan to sell city-owned parking ramps that Scanlon says would bring in $40-$60 million in revenue for the city. Mitch Nowakowski says there's uncertainty around that idea, though.
