In today's episode of Coffee with The Courage Wolf I talk about Paul Hood who was told by a lawyer for his facility that it was cheaper to pay out the occasional lawsuit rather than to provide staff with proper counselling services.

This was 27 years ago.  I also pose the question of whether much has changed with our organizations?
