In this episode we eat on Jesus sermon on the mount from Matthew 5 and some fundamental things he says about how we should treat people and interact with them. As it was for them then, it still is for us today a challenge to treat people the way Jesus suggests here because culturally it is not the norm. And yet here it is...
- Matthew 5:40 - "If anyone wants to sue you and take your shirt, let him have your coat also."
- Matthew 5:41 - "Whoever forces you to go one mile, go with him two."
- Matthew 5:42 - "Give to him who asks of you and do not turn away from him who wants to borrow from you."
