Have you ever considered the real cost associated with following Christ to the End- Have you considered the Words of Jesus as to what it really means to follow Him- What happens most often when people begin to follow Christ and all of the sudden they feel as though the heat has been turned up on them- Oh it-s worth it in the end, but it can be a real challenge as the world seems to be set out against you. --Luke 14-28--28 For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it---How do you take this passage- Well truthfully you need the verses before it starting at 14-25-27--25 And there went great multitudes with him- and he turned, and said unto them, 26 If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple. 27 And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple.--Jesus had multitudes who followed Him. They loved the miracles, they wanted the healings, and surely the free food did not hurt anyone-s feelings do you think, and today things really are not much different are they- Jesus when he walked this earth you could say the news of His Ministry spread fast.
