The Box Elder County Commission on May 28 approved a subdivision performance and bonding agreement for Cedar Ridge Subdivision’s second phase, located in unincorporated Box Elder County near 12400 North 3600 West. Box Elder County Community Development Director Scott Lyons presented the agreement, which outlines the developer’s responsibility to install all required public infrastructure, including road construction, culinary water systems, storm drainage, and other improvements mandated by county code. The agreement is secured by a 1,530 performance bond provided by the developer, Brandon D. Wight. Lyons confirmed that the plans had been reviewed and approved by the county engineer
