The Box Elder County Commission approved the sale of a small surplus property following a public hearing on Feb. 12, finalizing a transaction that will return the land to private ownership. The 0.05-acre parcel, located at approximately 10000 North and 450 West on the north end of Brigham City, was acquired by the county through a tax deed in 2014.
