The Box Elder County Commission formally certified an interlocal agreement establishing a multicounty united local health department in partnership with Cache County, Rich County, and the Bear River Health Department during its Feb. 12 meeting. The commission previously approved the agreement last month, but needed to pass a resolution to finalize the process.
