Box Elder County has adopted a new privacy compliance plan to comply with state laws requiring enhanced privacy standards in restrooms, locker rooms, and other designated spaces in government facilities. The plan, approved during the Jan. 22 commission meeting, ensures compliance with Section 63G-31-304 of the Utah Code.
