We will have a discussion with two individuals who have been practicing healing techniques described on the www.healingpaq.org's website. Nick and Sue Benson have been participating in self healing classes as well as the distance healing classes. The discussion will entail their motivation to learn self-healing techniques, the benefits gained, their experiences with healing themselves and others. They will further discuss the daily effects self-healing techniques have on their marriage, and their relationships with other family members and friends. We meditate together to improve our unique connection with the divine, to heal our physical body, our thought body, and our emotional body. We use the statement "I synchronize my intention with divine intention. Divine, I am your child living on earth serving you and me. Please let love, joy, peace, and compassion flow through my heart. Every thought, emotion, and physical challenge is filtered through the lens of love, joy, peace, and compassion."

We ask divine healing energy for our organs and our acupuncture meridian lines to recharge ourselves. During the mediation we ask ascended masters and archangels to join us.
