When was the last time you exercised courage in your life? More often than not, we exercise courage, even when we are not aware of it. We do some things that other people would look back and think it must have taken courage to do that. Some other times, we have to summon the courage to tackle the big things that we face in life.
I recently came across a recipe for developing more courage, which I think will be helpful to share with you. The first ingredient to developing more courage is by learning how to properly communicate with yourself. This means that what you say to yourself matters a lot if you are to do something courageous.
The second ingredient to summoning courage is focusing on the consequences. This helps quickly overcome the fear of not doing what you need to do when you visualize how inaction will impact your life. The third ingredient in our recipe of courage is focusing on positive outcomes.
Tune in to this episode and listen as we discuss these three steps in detail and also show you how you exercise courage in your day to day life, which helps you summon courage for the bigger things.
