Everyone wants to be a leader these days. At the very least, they assume leadership is a "cake walk" and that "they" can do "it" better. I believe you are a leader when you can lead from the middle, BEFORE you ever received the "title" leader. I also believe you become a GREAT leader, when you are able to become more Christ-like amongst the hardest of hearts God has sent you to lead!
