Each and every time we allow ourselves to be vulnerable, we heal parts of ourselves as well as we inspire and heal others. Being vulnerable isn’t a sign of weakness. The act of expressing ourselves and leaning into the fear of being ridiculed or rejected is simply, courageous.
In our current society, we are anything and everyone but vulnerable. We hide behind our fears of being judged by our family and peers and keep our true Self and all the emotions pushed below the surface where we feel safe but disconnected.
