Together we (Ezra, Aaron, and Eli) kick off the new show by discussing podcast and content goals, offseason happenings, goal setting for 2026, mental and physical disc golf preparation, disc golf course design, the new 2026 rule changes, and Supreme Flight Open predictions. We covered a lot of topics, but we had a great time bringing the cameras into one of our classic discussions on any and all things disc golf.
