In recent years, there has been a growing group of liberals and progressives in the US who believe that the Supreme Court should be expanded to better represent the nation’s population and majority. In this episode, Drew and Alex discuss how packing the court used to be a progressive dream, but now even moderates are warming up to it. They also debate whether this would be a good idea during a divisive and trying time, and whether this would just lead to an even more political and zigzagging Supreme Court.
