We’re learning to slow down and recognize God’s presence—and stop rebuilding the “broken pieces” that keep tripping us up. Using 1 Samuel 5, we see that when God’s presence shows up, idols fall… but the enemy tries to get us to set them back up. Today’s message reminds us: replace the broken places with the Word, receive the cross as God’s lavish love, and come to communion knowing you’re a covenant son/daughter, not an orphan.
